Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–3 business days for us to get it packed up and ready to ship. Just a heads-up: once an order is placed, we’re not able to make changes or cancellations — so double-check those details before checking out!

Orders to Canada are charged based on weight.

– All other international orders ship via DHL. Rates vary by
destination.

– DHL can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes — use a street address!

– Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s
responsibility. Check with your local customs office if needed.

We ship with tracking and delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first:

Allow 1–4 business days for tracking to update. Reach out if it’s delayed beyond the expected delivery window.
